Initial Installation For PNEUMATIC PERFUME FILLING SINGLE HEAD MACHINE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Before using the liquid, you have to adjust the height of Filling Head.<\/li>\n
  2. Do the alignment of the Filling Nozzle according to the bottle height.<\/li>\n
  3. Adjust the V type strip by loosening the butterfly knob to adjust the bottle neck under the filling nozzle by moving it up and down or front and back.<\/li>\n
  4. Press the pneumatic machine, then close the air.<\/li>\n
  5. Adjust the height up or down according to your bottle size by twisting the lever*<\/li>\n
  6. Once you got the required height, release the air, and the machine will automatically set it.<\/li>\n
  7. Adjust the speed, capacity and air pressure accordingly.<\/li>\n
  8. You can fill your perfume bottle now.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to use PRIME PACK PNEUMATIC PERFUME FILLING SINGLE HEAD MACHINE?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Reconnect the air adjustment valve and the 8mm air tube on the right side.<\/li>\n
    2. Turn the top handle wheel to raise the filling head, and then place the bottle under the filling head.<\/li>\n
    3. Adjust the orientation of the bottle mouth part.<\/li>\n
    4. Close the air source and allow the filling head to descend into the bottle.<\/li>\n
    5. Adjust the filling head\u2019s height until the white silicone part seals the bottle mouth.<\/li>\n
    6. Use the foot pedal to operate the machine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
