How to Use PRIME PACK SEMI AUTOMATIC BOTTLE LABELING MACHINE?
- Installation: Follow the provided instructions to set up the labeling machine.
- Labelling: Loosen the handle on the tray and remove the side tray to access the label roll. After placing the label roll, secure the tray ensuring it’s not overly tightened. Carefully guide the label by hand as needed during this process.
- Label Application: Follow the labelling diagram provided with the machine to correctly apply the label around the cylindrical surface.
- Machine Adjustment: Operate the machine in jog mode and monitor the electric eye for any deviations.
- Testing: Engage the machine in automatic mode and activate the foot switch to observe label positioning at the stripping plate position.
- Position Adjustment: Use the jog method to peel the label 0-2mm from the stripping plate. Ensure the label length is appropriate. Adjust the electric eye detection slot accordingly for accurate label placement. Perform trial runs to verify adjustments.
- Testing Label Placement: Place the product on the labelling station and observe label positioning. Use the left positioning rod to adjust the label’s placement if necessary.
