Important Information & Precautions Before Using The Silent Oil-Free Air Compressor 50L:
- Never allow the air compressor to be touched by water. Don’t use it in an open-air place. Don’t use the air compressor in flammable, explosive, corrosive and dusty environments.
- The workspace should be kept dry, clean and should be well ventilated.
- The air compressor should be positioned on a vertical surface, preferably on hard ground. This ensures stability and optimal performance.
- Avoid touching the components to prevent scalding and burns due to high temperatures. Always exercise caution whenever using the compressor.
- This compressor is meant to provide air for pneumatic machines, tools, etc. Do not use it on any person or animal.
- Before plugging/unplugging the power cord, make sure that the compressor is completely switched off
Initial Installation For Silent Oil-Free Air Compressor 50L:
- Install the rubber cushion feet and wheels
- Install the silencers
- Connect the air compressor to a power supply using the power cord plug.
- Then, connect the air pipe to the ball valve/quick air connection terminal
- Switch on the power supply, pull the pressure switch and the compressor shall start to work.
- When you want to switch the compressor off, then first press the pressure switch down to stop the compressor, and then disconnect the power supply.
Maintenance For Silent Oil-Free Air Compressor 50L:
NOTE: All maintenances or services for the air compressor should be done AFTER switching off the compressor, disconnecting the power supply, and releasing the compressed air to 0 bars. If this is not done before conducting any maintenances, accidents might occur. The supplier is NOT liable for any accidents that occur.
- Do not keep the air compressor in underground or wet/humid environments.
- The drainage in the receiver tank must be released at least once a week. During the release of drainage, the pressure of the compressor must be reduced to 1 bar.
- Always check the sensitivity of the safety valve regularly. When the pressure in the receiver tank reaches up to 5-8 bars, then pull the ring on the safety valve. If the safety valve can exhaust easily, and the stem is reset immediately, then the safety valve is in good conditions.
- Replace the insuction filter in silencer after 500 hours of operating usage.
- The air receiver tank pressure test must be done after every 2 years. The surface of the receiver tank must be inspected every year: if there are any serious rust, bumps, or any pressure test failures, then the air receiver tank must be disposed.
- Release the air inside the air receiver tank completely before moving the air compressor.
