Initial Installation Procedures For CELLOPHANE CUTTING AND MANUAL WRAPPING MACHINE:

When you unbox the machine, you will see some accessories (power cord, 2 triangular brackets, rod to hold the cellophane roll/BOPP roll)

Before switching on the machine:

1. Make sure that the triangular brackets are fixed on both sides of machine to hold the cellophane roll / BOPP roll holding rod.
2. You can adjust the triangular brackets as per cellophane roll / BOPP roll size by opening the screw.
3. Place the cellophane roll / BOPP roll with the help of the rod on the bracket.
4. Secure the cellophane roll / BOPP roll with the help of cellophane roll holding belt.
5. Adjust the knife/cutter as per your box size.
6. Adjust your required temperature using the knob.
7. Switch on the electric power after fixing the power cord.
8. Once the machine heats up to 130°C, start wrapping.

Caution: Be careful from the heated surface/knife while doing the work.

How to Use PRIME PACK CELLOPHANE CUTTING AND MANUAL WRAPPING MACHINE?

1. Be sure of that the machine is power on and let it heat up.
2. Adjust the cutter according to the box size.
3. Take the unwrapped product to the handle place.
4. Wrap your product manually.
5. Cut with heating wire.
6. Slide gently downwards on the heated surface to seal the cellophane wrapping.
7. Finally, get the wrapped product.
