Initial Installation Process For PNEUMATIC COLLAR FITTING MACHINE:
This machine is packed in a strong wooden box. When you unbox, you will find the machine completely installed.
- You have to fix the height according to your bottle size every time before you use the machine.
- Press the pneumatic machine pedal to bring collar head down, then close the air.
- Adjust the height up or down according to your bottle size by twisting the lever and put it on the crimped bottle neck*
- Once you got the required height, release the air, and the machine will automatically set it.
- You can now use the machine.
*Please adjust the height carefully as the bottle might break or the required operation won’t work properly.
How to Use PRIME PACK PNEUMATIC COLLAR FITTING MACHINE?
- Connect the Air Inlet Valve.
- Connect Air Hose with your Air Compressor and the Machine
- Turn on the left and right valves and adjust the air source pressure to 0.5Mpa or according to the required speed.
- The glass bottle should be placed upright under the collar head.
- Use the foot pedal to operate the machine.
