This is a pneumatic controlled machine which requires a small size compressor. The machine has an easy process to adjust and fill the perfume bottles.

Initial Installation For PNEUMATIC PERFUME FILLING SINGLE HEAD MACHINE:

1. Before using the liquid, you have to adjust the height of Filling Head.
2. Do the alignment of the Filling Nozzle according to the bottle height.
3. Adjust the V type strip by loosening the butterfly knob to adjust the bottle neck under the filling nozzle by moving it up and down or front and back.
4. Press the pneumatic machine, then close the air.
5. Adjust the height up or down according to your bottle size by twisting the lever*
6. Once you got the required height, release the air, and the machine will automatically set it.
7. Adjust the speed, capacity and air pressure accordingly.
8. You can fill your perfume bottle now.

*Please adjust the height carefully as the required operation won’t work properly.

How to use PRIME PACK PNEUMATIC PERFUME FILLING SINGLE HEAD MACHINE?

1. Reconnect the air adjustment valve and the 8mm air tube on the right side.
2. Turn the top handle wheel to raise the filling head, and then place the bottle under the filling head.
3. Adjust the orientation of the bottle mouth part.
4. Close the air source and allow the filling head to descend into the bottle.
5. Adjust the filling head’s height until the white silicone part seals the bottle mouth.
6. Use the foot pedal to operate the machine.
