Initial Installation Procedures:
All the parts should be installed properly before using the machine. Once you open the carton, you will find the parts separately, including the lever, crimping head, etc.
- First install the lever on the machine.
- Ferrule Height Adjustment For Perfume Pump On Crimping Head
Adjust the crimping head according to the pump ferrule height.
- Locate the screw on the crimping head and you will find a lock nut/chuck nut. Loosen the lock nut and remove it.
- Underneath, you will find a positive shape screw. Place the screwdriver in the screw.
- Flip the side of crimping head.
- Then place the ferrule pump in the crimping head, so your ferrule pump is a little bit (0.5mm) inside the crimping head, as it shouldn’t touch the top surface of crimping head.
- Then hold it in this position and lock it with lock nut.
For different types of pumps, you’ll have to adjust the ferrule height each time. If you do not adjust when using different pumps from different suppliers, then it will not crimp properly.
- Then install the crimping head on the machine
- Now you can start crimping.
