  1. Ferrule Height Adjustment For Perfume Pump On Crimping Head<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Adjust the crimping head according to the pump ferrule height<\/em><\/p>\n

    • Locate the screw on the crimping head and you will find a lock nut\/chuck nut. Loosen the lock nut and remove it.<\/li>\n
    • Underneath, you will find a positive shape screw. Place the screwdriver in the screw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Flip the side of crimping head.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Then place the ferrule pump in the crimping head, so your ferrule pump is a little bit (0.5mm) inside the crimping head, as it shouldn\u2019t touch the top surface of crimping head.<\/li>\n
        • Then hold it in this position and lock it with lock nut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          For different types of pumps, you\u2019ll have to adjust the ferrule height each time. If you do not adjust when using different pumps from different suppliers, then it will not crimp properly.<\/em><\/p>\n

          1. You have to fix the height according to your bottle size every time before you use the machine.<\/li>\n
          2. Press the pneumatic machine pedal to bring crimping head down, then close the air.<\/li>\n
          3. Adjust the height up or down according to your bottle size by twisting the lever and put it on the crimped bottle neck*<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Once you got the required height, release the air, and the machine will automatically set it.<\/li>\n
          5. You can now use the machine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            *Please adjust the height carefully as the bottle might break or the required operation won\u2019t work properly.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Adjusting the bottle alignment allows you to move the bottle front and back to align with the crimping head. To adjust, twist the screw accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              3. Turn on the left and right valves and adjust the air source pressure to 0.5Mpa.<\/li>\n
              4. Adjust the crimping effect to make it tighter or looser.<\/li>\n
              5. The glass bottle should be placed upright under the crimping head.<\/li>\n
              6. Use the foot pedal to operate the machine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
